The consept

      It was in 2011, leaving the classroom was the second project the professor asked us to do. We had to choose a car and design it in 3D. He was the first model to get my attention, Vintage, with curves, lights. He took me straight to another era. In this particular model I experimented with the Mental Ray which in the end I managed to get a desired result for me back then.

Textures and materials

       I used a multi material from Mental Ray Engine. Based on the id’s I defined their areas. For the car body I used metallic material with minimal flakes. For the glossy surfaces and the mirrors, I used a higher level of reflection.
